Location: 115 West 27th Street, Manhattan

Cost: $125 USD per 45-minute session

Discount packages of three ($335 USD) or five ($525 USD) sessions are available. These makes for a solid intro or refresher.

Home/Office Visits: Please contact me as availability and fees vary depending on location.

  • You may combine in-person and onine sessions if you purchase a package if you would like to do some of your sessions on Zoom.

  • If you’d like to share a session with another person, I suggest booking one hour (Cost is $150 for a 60-minute shared session)

Payment: After we book a time, I’ll email you a link to pay by credit card to reserve your spot. I also accept Zelle and PayPal payments.

Who sessions are for:

  • Adults of any age (People often ask me if they are “too old”. I have never found this to be the case!)

  • I work with kids, usually 12+ If you are interested in sessions for your child, please contact me first.

What I can help you with:

  • Sitting and Standing Posture

  • Using a computer, phone, or other device

  • Setting up your workspace

  • Walking with better posture and joint movement

  • Your posture and use of your body and voice while speaking (In conversation or while practicing giving a talk/presentation)

  • Playing a musical instrument without excess effort and strain

  • Developing relaxed posture to better deal with stress

How I work:

  • Lessons are based on the principles of the Alexander Technique,

  • People typically find the sessions energizing and relaxing.

  • You’ll be taught simple exercises to practice and will learn tools for how to be aware of your posture and movement thoughtout your day without having to stop what you’re doing.

What to wear:

  • Please wear either long pants or shorts as you will spend part of the session lying on a table.

  • Everyday clothes are fine so long as they don’t restrict movement.

  • You will be asked to remove your shoes.

Health & Safety precautions correspond to the recommendations of local public health authorities and the requirements of the building at the time of the session (for appointments at the studio).

Additionally, you are welcome to wear a mask or to request that I wear one, even if not required.
