Individual Coaching Sessions: 45 minutes | $125 per session or $525 for a 5-session package

Availability: I may be able to open up hours that you don’t see on the calendar. To inquire about any other times you are interested in, contact me directly.

If you register for 5 private sessions, in addition to receiving a discount, you’ll make a commitment to improving your posture. Session are typcially scheduled once/week.

How to set up a package: When you register, book your first session only. You do not have to pick all 5 dates now. Your confirmation will include a code that you’ll use when you book the remaining four sessions or I can book them in for you.

If you are a new client, I suggest booking an initial session prior to booking a package.

Who sessions are for:

  • Adults of any age (People often ask me if they are “too old”. I have never found this to be the case!)

  • I work with kids, usually 12+ If you are interested in sessions for your child, please contact me first.

How I work:

  • Lessons are based on the principles of the Alexander Technique,

  • People typically find the sessions energizing and relaxing.

  • You’ll be taught simple exercises to practice and will learn tools for how to be aware of your posture and movement thoughtout your day without having to stop what you’re doing.

  • A benefit of online sessions is that you get to practice in your own environement and troubleshoot your posture challenges particular to your home or workspace.

  • Online session happen over Zoom - You will be sent a confirmation email with a Zoom link

What you’ll need:

  • A computer, tablet or smartphone

  • A working internet/data connection

  • A bit of space to move around depending on what we’re working on in a particular session

  • Decent lighting
