Don't let emailing and texting literally get you down!

Mindfully improving your posture and avoiding strain while using smartphones, tablets, and computers will help you to:

  • Avoid back and neck pain and spinal decompression

  • Keep away texting-induced neck wrinkles.  

  • Prevent injury that could occur from taking your texting posture with you to the gym

  • Look and feel better, more confident, and present

October Mind Your Gadget Workshops

$55 per workshop

Maximum 6 participants for each date.  I will work with everyone individually in the class.

The same workshop will run on two evenings:

October 22, 7-8:30pm

The first step to good posture is to stop standing up straight.  Learn to maintain comfortable, good posture with the Alexander Technique.
