Improve your running with the Alexander Technique!
Art of Running June 29 Workshop
Taught by Malcolm Balk (Founder of The Art of Running and author of The Art of Running: Raise Your Performance with the Alexander Technique)
and Lindsay Newitter (Art of Running Instructor)
The Art of Running is a great way to learn how to improve your form, avoid injury, and find your flow. It is based on the Alexander Technique and looks at how our everyday postural habits can impact your running.
All Levels Welcome including beginners!
